The familiar voice she heard on the call unfolded the truth of exploitation of her image on social media. The revelation turned her world upside down. She instantly logged in her own account and found her fake ID revealing her biography which included her day-to-day activities. The factualism she was then confronting was hard to swallow. She was unable to sleep for nights; whenever she closed her eyes the faces she never knew haunted her. Since she had already raised the issue to her management but all she got in return was disappointment from every door she knocked at. Although she had a firm belief in ALLAH but at the very moment she was out of sight of that ONE ray of hope which Allah has blessed her with.

She was dwelled in her own thoughts and was unaware of the dead end coming her way. As she lays on her bed, she heard her cell phone ringing; a familiar name she has known for years popped up. She excitedly answered the phone as if there was a big surprise to be blown but with a blink of an eye she was all shattered and cold. She tried to sleep that night but in vain, the familiar voice was asking her to be calm and was assuring her that everything was going to be fine, but the only question that encircled around her was “when?” The word harassment portrays a repetitive deliberate behavior which is meant to make a person bother and irritated. The sexual harassment indicates the enduring and undesirable sexual approaches. Sexual harassment is considered as a crime as per the law. It affects a person’s personal as well as professional life.
Once my Economics teacher told me that the first step towards the success is when you get an interview call. It means that your qualification, your professional experience (if you have it) or whatever you have mentioned in your resume meet the requirement of that particular job that you had applied for. The second step is the interview presentation. And it is the most important step to be considered because it is your staircase towards the successful career. I accept that we all make few silly mistakes during our interviews. Especially when it is our first one! But we should learn from our mistakes so that we may perform better in the next one and get ahead of it.
It can be hectic and tiring for anyone sitting in the same position for 8 hours. Moreover, lengthy idle and immobile sittings can lead to several chronic illness out of which few are high blood pressures, overweight, surplus body fat around the abdomen and many alike. We all need breaks and work out to get relaxed and to freshen up ourselves. But we find it a bit difficult to do so because we never want to get noticed or caught working out at the office. But, as soon as we think of such an exercise, a question pops up in our minds that how we are going to do it. So, we came up with few of the exercises that might be helpful for you while you’re at work. You can easily work out without even getting noticed. Here you go: We all come across difficulties in our lives. If we cope ourselves out of it, we’re ahead of the hurdles else it leads to stress and depression. Depression is a chronic illness and thus needs treatment. There’s no specific cause of depression. It starts with mood swinging and can get severe to such an extent that it can end up in despair and loneliness. It lessens up our daily activities and eats up our hopes thus making it problematic and challenging in battling with the difficult situations which further results in negative thoughts. One must not be hesitant to visit a psychiatrist or a counselor. There are other ways to beat depression oneself which needs courage because the person, who is going through this dilemma, is unable to see positive in things until and unless he doesn’t want to. Getting out of this chronic illness is not impossible but need consistent actions and plans to cope out. Listed below are some of the ways which might be helpful for you to get along with the crucial time of your life. "As I opened my eyes, a tear rolled down. I found myself on his bed staring the roof. I knew it was too late to realize anything. I still couldn't understand what really had happened. I could hear the vibration of my phone. I knew it was his call but I was unable to move. Suddenly, I heard him abusing me, he came near me and slapped me. I looked towards him and stood up to put on my clothes. The tears were dried by then. I could feel the coldness flowing through my spine. I left his room and his apartment.
I started walking on the road without any purpose. Everyone was staring me as if they know who I was. I took an auto from the main road and headed towards the office. "Why did I do that?" I asked myself. The driver was asking me the way to the office but I was not in my complete senses. He then asked a pedestrian passing by and there we reached the office. I was getting bored and thinking about whatever I had been through in previous months, I realized my mistake and got frustrated, soon after that a question pops up my mind “Why are we women so complicated?” This is one of the most important questions, answer of which every man has been looking for. Most of the men come across with intricate women and it has been found that it is hardly possible to be fully aware of any woman. There are a lot of things which a woman wants which turn out to be ‘out of the question’ for woman to presently make a center of attention to any of the things. Women are many-sided human being; they inclined towards the description instead of seeing the real image. Sometimes, the least action made by men makes them to give appreciation on the other hand at times a big shot given by men which is expected to be REALLY appreciated is not even bothered by women. The point of views of women turns them into complex beings. Each day, minute, even a second of a woman’s life is changing every now and then; you’ll never find them the same. They are always in search of new ways and techniques to look towards life and when they begin to see their lives through a mixture of visions it makes them even more complicated. Previously, the concept of a teacher was “A person who TEACHES, EDUCATES and DELIVERS the best of his knowledge” but today a teacher is the one who is associated with a renowned school or an institution having a Masters degree and getting a good package. In this fast-paced era, education has become more of a business than a service. Every parent strives for the best schools, high schools or universities in their towns. And this has given a lead to the employers to make the best use of their needs. Teaching was once considered a noble profession but now it has become a resource for earning money. Not only are the employers and teachers faulty but the parents also. I have seen parents are on the go with their so called tight schedules which does not only affect their children personal characters but also their futures. People who get higher education and do not find any suitable job as per their field or interest and are more prone to get high paid salaries choose to be a part of this profession, Teaching. Every school which promises for a “Quality Education” I want to ask them just one thing , if they are providing quality education, then why do children feel the need of a coaching centre? In fact, I have seen so many schools which are in the morning, “schools” and by the evening they transform in to a “coaching centre”. That’s strange but true! |
