It can be hectic and tiring for anyone sitting in the same position for 8 hours. Moreover, lengthy idle and immobile sittings can lead to several chronic illness out of which few are high blood pressures, overweight, surplus body fat around the abdomen and many alike. We all need breaks and work out to get relaxed and to freshen up ourselves. But we find it a bit difficult to do so because we never want to get noticed or caught working out at the office. But, as soon as we think of such an exercise, a question pops up in our minds that how we are going to do it. So, we came up with few of the exercises that might be helpful for you while you’re at work. You can easily work out without even getting noticed. Here you go: · Stretch your legs:
This is a very simple workout for your legs while sitting straight on your chair. All you need is to straight one of your legs up making it parallel to the floor. Grip for a short while and gradually lower your leg in the previous position. Repeat the same exercise with your other leg. You won’t get noticed as you’ll be doing this under your table. · Stretch Yourself: We all feel great stretching ourselves while doing the work at office. It relieves our fatigue and tiredness. We can do this by stretching one of our arms towards our head and bend a bit lower at our waist in obverse direction. And the same can be done by using other arm. · Breathing In and Out: This is a good work out for those who gets exhausted and drained out easily. You simply need to breath in using your nose, count till five giving a little pause in between and then leave your breath. Repeat the same while increasing the breaks or pauses in counting. Once you’re ahead of it, you may feel more relaxed. · Eye Exercise: It’s an out of the box exercise for all times and the easiest one. But, it is not good while sitting in a meeting or having conversations or important discussions as it may not leave a good impression on others. This can be carried out by moving your eyes away in the other direction from your centre of focus for about 7 to 10 seconds. Repeat this work out in divergence with your specified direction and likewise moving your eyes in circulated position or direction. · Tapping your feet: This is an enormous way to get your calories released. Grab your handset and start tapping your feet following the beats. If you’re not much habitual of walking then get used to it in order to lose your weight. Use staircase instead of escalators. It improves the health of your heart. If you want to forward an email to your colleague, or to discuss an important issue with them, walk towards them instead of using your phone or extensions. This will surely help you get some fresh air and motion in your body. Regular exercises are essential for everyone because it also strengthens mental abilities. The offices should be well equipped with the machines or different activities should be designed for the employees in order to get efficiency and effectiveness in work.
